One of the most opulent examples of silver table wear made in the turn of the century.
A milk glass butter dish housed in an ornate silver holder with a handle, dome and butter knife.
The rim of the holder is decorated with acanthus leaves, on each base of the handles mythological heads, lobed dome with a stylised flower knob. A rare find in excellent condition with original glass dish.
