  1. How can I purchase a product?

    Start by navigating to the product page (as mentioned above) and choose the desired color and size. Then, add the item to your shopping bag.

    Once you have all the items you wish to purchase in your shopping bag, proceed to checkout. Here are the steps to complete your purchase:
    • Account: If you are already registered, log in. If not, you can create a new account. Alternatively, proceed as a guest.
    • Checkout: Enter your personal information and delivery address. Agree to the Terms of Sale, select gift and shipping preferences, and review your order details.
    • Payment: Choose your preferred payment method and complete the order submission.

    Upon authorization of your payment, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and its processing status.

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email containing comprehensive order details, an electronic invoice if necessary, and a tracking link to monitor your delivery.

  1. How can I determine the right size for my purchase?

    To assist you in selecting the correct size, we provide a comprehensive sizing chart on every product page. This chart displays international size conversions, allowing you to easily compare and choose the size that best fits your measurements and preferences.

Shipping

  1. When can I expect to receive my order and how much will it cost?

    Your order will be shipped after we have verified all payment and delivery information. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed on your checkout page once you have selected your shipping address. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping company's policies and the specific shipping times to each city across Indonesia. You can monitor the status of your order through the 'Order History' section available in your account.

    Please note that any delivery date or time provided by us is an approximation. We cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred due to delays in delivery

  1. Can you ship to multiple addresses?

    At this time, we are unable to ship items to multiple addresses within a single order. If you require items to be delivered to different addresses, we kindly request that you place separate orders for each destination. For corporate or bulk orders, we encourage you to reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team for assistance.

  1. How do I buy a product ? Can I change the delivery address once my order has been sent ?

    Unfortunately not. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure that you provide an accurate and suitable delivery address during checkout.

  1. Is my package insured?

    All items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. However, once your items have been successfully delivered and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

    If your package arrives damaged, we advise either refusing the delivery outright or making a note of the damage when signing for it. This helps facilitate any necessary claims or replacements promptly.
